さて、本日はいよいよ最終日。
午前中はみなさん、ただただ作業するという時間ですね。
It is the last day of the whole workshop today.
It seems now it is the time for everyone to spend the whole morning just working…

よく見ると、デルフト工科大学のステファン・ナイハウス先生も学生と一緒にペンを握って作業をされています！
We can even see Professor Nijhuis also working together with the students, holding a pen in his hand!

さて、午後には予定通り、最終発表会を実施することができました！
Now, in the afternoon, the final presentation was held as scheduled!

まず、桂川孝裕市長からのご挨拶をいただきました。
First, the event began with a greeting from Mayor Takahiro Katsuragawa.

その後、各グループの発表です。
Then, each group makes a presentation.

会場からの質問に、発表者の学生たちはうまく答えられるでしょうか・・・。
Will the presenting students be able to successfully answer questions from the audience…?

講評者には、発表会の前半にご参加いただいた市長の他に、令和４年度に開催された「亀岡市流域空間デザイン検討会議」のメンバーからは、京都府土地改良事業団体連合会亀岡支部副支部長の八木利夫さま、亀岡市観光協会会長の奥村昌信さま、亀岡市森林組合組合長の山𦚰安三さまに、また、本ワークショップでの見学ツアーと中間発表会でもお世話になった三浦製材の三浦享浩さま、柏原平和池水害伝承の会の中尾祐蔵さま、地域企業として京都信用金庫から柴田晃正亀岡市店長さま、柳井秀哉課長さまになどにご参加いただきました。もちろん、市役所の皆様にもご参加をいただき、大変盛り上がりました。お礼を申し上げます。
In addition to the mayor who participated in the first half of the presentation, the reviewers included Mr. Toshio Yagi, Deputy Director of the Kameoka Branch of the Kyoto Prefecture Land Improvement Organization Federation, Mr. Masanobu Okumura, Chairman of the Kameoka City Tourism Association, Mr. Yama Mr. Kyohiro Miura of Miura Lumber Company, Mr. Yuzo Nakao of the Kashiwabara Heiwa Pond Flood Disaster Tradition Association, Mr. Akimasa Shibata, Kameoka City Branch Manager, and Mr. Hideya Yanai, Manager, from Kyoto Shinkin Bank, as local companies participated in the workshop. Of course, the city hall also took part in the event. Of course, everyone from the City Hall also participated in the event, which was a great success. Thanks to all of the participants, the event was a great success.

さらに、他数名、地域在住の方々からもご参加をいただきました。ご参加いただいた講評者の方からの率直なご意見やご質問、またそれに対してもさまざまな意見が交わされ、とても有意義な時間となりました。
In addition, several people from the community also attended the event. It was a very meaningful time, with frank comments and questions from the critics who attended, as well as a variety of opinions exchanged in response to them.

最後にはデルフト工科大学のステファン・ナイハウス教授から、気候変動を迎える今、長期的なランドスケーププランニングの重要性が地球規模で重要になっていること、そのための分野横断、主体横断できな取り組みの必要性についてのお話をいただきました。
In closing, Professor Nijhuis gave a talk on the global importance of long-term landscape planning in the face of climate change, and the need for cross-disciplinary and cross-subject initiatives to achieve it.

そして、京都大学の山口敬太准教授から、結びの挨拶がされました。本ワークショップの主催である流域空間デザイン研究会の立場から、今回のワークショップを含む亀岡市での取り組みの振り返りと、地域の皆様に対するご協力、市役所の後援に対する深い感謝を申し上げました。また、地域の皆様による今後の取り組みに対する、研究会としての継続的なサポートの意欲についてお話をさせていただきました。
Associate Professor Keita Yamaguchi of Kyoto University then gave concluding remarks. From the standpoint of the Watershed Space Design Study Group, the organizer of this workshop, he reviewed the activities in Kameoka City, including this workshop, and expressed deep appreciation for the cooperation of the local community and the support of the city office. And also expressed the willingness to continue to support the workshop.

発表会終了後も、スタジアムの廊下に提案を張り出し、たくさんの意見交換がなされました。
After the presentation, the proposals were posted in the hallway of the stadium, and many opinions were exchanged.

また、夕刻に行われた交流会でも、学生だけでなく、市役所や地域の皆様との議論が遅くまで絶えなかったのは、素晴らしいことであったと思います。
It was also wonderful to see that the discussions not only among the students but also with the city hall and community members continued late into the evening event.

なお、この日の発表は模造紙でのものだったため、残念ながら、この場に速報で掲載するには難しい状態です。発表と講評の内容は、改めて整理して、アップデートに掲載させていただきます。少々、お待ちください。
